Fuzzy

I've been walking around in sort of a fuzzy haze, which is similiar to the feeling I had right after Mike left for Iraq. The thought of him coming home is causing me to put my shoes on the wrong feet and forget my purse at home when I leave. I'm so excited but everything has to be perfect, which is silly because we've been married for 8 years and he knows EVERYTHING about me; the good, bad and the ugly.

Army wives that are expecting their husbands home from a year long deployment go through a nesting period, which is similar to pregnant women. Before I left for the hospital to deliver my daughter, I was on my hands and knees scrubbing my kitchen floor. I've never considered myself to be OCD, but the last couple of weeks I've been a crazy cleaning freak. This may explain the fuzzy haze. I'm probably mixing too many cleaning products.

Solution: stop cleaning.
